Dog days of summer kick off 125th Carroll County 4-H & FFA Fair in Westminster – Baltimore Sun

Events for the 125th Carroll County 4-H & FFA Fair have begun, as young competitors showed off their canine companions Saturday during a dog show at the Carroll County Agriculture Center’s Shipley Arena in Westminster.
