The Joe & Joe Weather Show is LIVE 7:30pm 100 degree temperatures were reached in a couple of spots in New Jersey today. Most highs were in the mid to upper 90s from Virginia to New England. Thunderstorms have developed across Pennsylvania and NY State but they will weaken as they head east except in Northwestern New England. Downpours and thundertorms are occuring over the Ohio Valley and are mostly scattered across the South. Friday brings heat and humidity with a higher chance for thunderstorms in the Northeast and Middle Atlantic but temperatures won’t be as extreme. The weekend will be very warm to hot and very humid with just a minimal chance for thunderstorms. We have a look at the long range and the tropics which remain quiet for now.
