Man faces murder charge in homicide at Onley Royal Farms: police

The Accomack County Sheriff’s Office said one person has been arrested in a Tuesday night homicide at a local gas station.

The sheriff’s office received a report at about 11:11 p.m. Tuesday that a man had been assaulted and was in cardiac arrest at the Onley Royal Farms.

Deputies arrived to find the man sitting unresponsive in a vehicle. The victim, identified as 30-year-old David Anthony McCain of Onancock, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to a news release.

His body has been taken to the Norfolk Medical Examiner’s Office so that his cause of death can be determined.
